Sorry Mom. I didn't mean to be mean to you. It's just that I'm depressed, feeling tired and sick. It's hard to stand people and their talk when you feel that way. You feel a repulsion for social interaction, you just want to be alone in the darkness of your room. I hope to die soon, I don't want to disappoint Mom anymore.

Now, I think that human relations needs our energy to be created. We should have something to say to an other person, and we should have also the intention to communicate and to share our time with someone else. I don't have anything of these things. I don't have the necessary energy to give something to someone.

That's a great idea. How are you all doing today?
It's been a pretty boring day. Spent the day alone at home studying. I'm glad this will finish soon. I'm kind of losing steam tbh. I'm starting to feel pretty anxious about what to do after-before the path was clear. Now the different options are making me scared. I don't want to make mistakes again.

I feel bored with life. I was thinking about starting to study the 4th language again, or start to draw again. Read more books again. I found an online library that has loads of free books and I've downloaded 20, but I tend to read a few pages, get bored, move on to a new one, repeat the cycle. Same with netflix. I'm finishing disincanto but I can't focus and I feel like I've forgotten at least half of the plot.
Anybody can recommend something good? Documentary, thriller, comedy, if short it would be better.

Or something good on youtube, not in italian.

I improved my speaking and writing skills by using chatgpt/people in language exchange groups. At first it was hard because I was ashamed of potential mistakes and lack of fluency but I'd say I greatly improved in about 5/6 months.
