Il punk per me è soprattutto un fatto di attitudine e modus operandi (per esempio lo stile di registrazione) più che di suono o abbigliamento. Ad esempio i Minutemen non erano formalmente un gruppo punk ma in certe scelte artistiche lo erano più di chiunque altro.
E insieme a loro tutti i gruppi della SST.

Straquoto, il punk come approccio alla musica, cercando cioè di rompere continuamente i dogmi e gli stereotipi. Per me quello significa, non solo una cresta, il dito medio, delle spillette, le all-star, i jeans strappati o fare i versi e le boccaccie e dire fuck!
