Vi consiglio di iscrivervi ad una palestra di kick boxing o muay thai, vi potrebbe servire.....io da quando mi iscrissi alla palestra non ho più avuto problemi di quel tipo(anche se sinceramente non nè ho mai avuti molti) a 15-16 anni in palestra le davo di santa ragione a uomini sulla 30...ma la mia è una storia particolare....cmq fatevi sempre rispettare
